Terms of Service
The rules for using Keenhit to manage Pinterest scheduling, boards, analytics, content intelligence, topic research, and agency workflows.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
This page is intended to describe Keenhit's product terms in clear language. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before a full commercial launch in any specific jurisdiction.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Keenhit, an AI Pinterest Growth Engine for planning, scheduling, managing, analyzing, and improving Pinterest content workflows.
By creating an account, accessing the website, or using the application, you agree to these Terms. If you use Keenhit for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Keenhit service
Keenhit is designed for Pinterest-related growth workflows, including Pin scheduling, board and section organization, content imports, publishing history, analytics dashboards, content intelligence, topic research, agency workspaces, and future integrations.
Some features may depend on Pinterest API approval, Pinterest OAuth, third-party infrastructure, email delivery, payment providers, storage providers, AI providers, and other services. Features may be released gradually, changed, paused, or removed as the product develops.
3. Accounts, security, and verification
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace.
We may require email verification, security checks, anti-abuse measures, or additional authentication before allowing access to certain features. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content and connected accounts
You retain ownership of images, videos, text, URLs, Pin metadata, imported files, brand assets, and other content you upload or submit to Keenhit.
You grant Keenhit the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, analyze, schedule, publish, and display that content solely to provide the service. You must only connect Pinterest accounts, boards, websites, files, and client assets that you are authorized to manage.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Keenhit to violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, mislead users, send spam, bypass platform rules, scrape or abuse third-party services, distribute malware, or publish content you do not have permission to use.
You are responsible for complying with Pinterest terms, advertising rules, commerce policies, disclosure requirements, and any rules that apply to your business, audience, region, or client work.
6. AI and automation
Keenhit may use AI to help generate ideas, classify topics, recommend scheduling actions, summarize analytics, or create content suggestions. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before use.
Automated publishing, board creation, retries, imports, and analytics workflows are tools for efficiency. You remain responsible for reviewing content, settings, destinations, timing, and compliance before publication.
7. Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans, usage limits, trials, renewals, taxes, cancellations, and refunds will be described at checkout or in the billing area when paid features are enabled.
We may use Stripe or another payment processor. Payment processors handle payment data under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Pinterest API and OAuth use
Keenhit will use Pinterest API access only for features the user authorizes, such as connecting a Pinterest business account, reading eligible boards and Pins, creating boards or sections, publishing Pins, reviewing publishing status, and showing Pinterest-related analytics where permitted.
Users must authorize Pinterest access through Pinterest OAuth. Keenhit will not ask users to provide Pinterest passwords, Pinterest session cookies, or other non-approved credentials. Users may revoke access through Pinterest or by disconnecting the integration in Keenhit when the feature is available.
Keenhit will request only the Pinterest scopes needed for the enabled workflow and will protect app secrets, access tokens, and refresh tokens as confidential credentials.
9. Data deletion and account disconnect
Users may request deletion of their Keenhit account, workspace data, imported files, scheduled content, and connected Pinterest integration data, subject to legal, security, backup, and fraud-prevention requirements.
When a user disconnects Pinterest, Keenhit will stop using that connection for future publishing or analytics requests and will remove or invalidate stored tokens where operationally feasible.
10. Third-party services
The service may connect to Pinterest, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, storage providers, analytics providers, AI providers, and hosting infrastructure. Their services are not controlled by Keenhit and may change or become unavailable.
Keenhit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest unless expressly stated. Pinterest names and marks belong to their respective owners.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every integration will always work. Maintenance, API limits, third-party outages, security events, or product changes may affect availability.
We may update the service and these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page or by providing additional notice where appropriate.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Keenhit does not guarantee specific growth results, traffic, impressions, saves, clicks, revenue, rankings, or Pinterest outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keenhit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact channel provided in the product or by using the account email associated with your workspace.
