Cookie Policy

How Keenhit uses cookies and similar technologies for security, sessions, preferences, analytics, and third-party integrations.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Keenhit uses cookies, local storage, pixels, tokens, and similar technologies across our marketing website and SaaS application for Pinterest scheduling, board management, analytics, content intelligence, topic research, and agency workflows.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies and local storage are required for account login, email verification, session security, cookie consent storage, fraud prevention, load balancing, and basic application functionality.

These technologies cannot be disabled through the Keenhit cookie banner because the service cannot operate securely without them.

Preference cookies

Preference cookies may remember choices such as language, workspace display settings, dismissed notices, or interface preferences.

These help us provide a more consistent SaaS experience across the marketing website and application.

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies may be used to understand page visits, product usage, conversion paths, signup flows, feature adoption, errors, and performance trends.

We use analytics to improve the Pinterest scheduler, board management, Pin import, analytics dashboard, content intelligence, topic research, and agency workflows.

Security and anti-abuse technologies

Security providers may use cookies, tokens, device signals, IP information, or browser checks to help protect Keenhit from spam, credential attacks, automated abuse, and fraud.

For example, Cloudflare Turnstile or similar systems may be used on signup, login, password reset, or other sensitive actions.

Pinterest OAuth and integration cookies

When you connect Pinterest, Pinterest may use its own cookies or authentication technologies during the OAuth authorization flow. Keenhit does not control Pinterest cookies and does not ask for Pinterest passwords or Pinterest session cookies.

The OAuth flow is used so Pinterest can ask the user to approve the requested scopes directly on Pinterest before Keenhit receives authorized API access.

Third-party and integration cookies

Connected providers may set or read cookies when their services are used, such as payment checkout, embedded widgets, analytics tooling, storage, support tools, or OAuth flows.

Pinterest, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, AI providers, analytics providers, and other vendors may process information according to their own policies when their services are involved.

Managing cookie choices

  • When you first visit the marketing website, the cookie banner lets you choose essential-only cookies or accept all cookies.
  • You can clear your browser storage to reset your consent choice, or manage cookies through your browser settings.
  • Blocking some cookies may affect login, security checks, dashboard sessions, preferences, analytics accuracy, or integrations.
  • As Keenhit adds more analytics, advertising, or integration features, this policy and consent controls may be updated.

Current consent implementation

The current Keenhit cookie banner stores your choice in browser local storage under a consent key. Essential-only mode keeps security and account functions available. Accept-all mode allows us to enable additional analytics or preference functionality as those features are added.
