This page is written for product launch readiness and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before full commercial launch.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Keenhit collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit our marketing website, create an account, verify your email, use the application, connect Pinterest-related workflows, import content, or interact with support and product communications.
Keenhit is built as a SaaS product for Pinterest scheduling, board management, Pin publishing workflows, analytics, content intelligence, SEO and topic research, and agency dashboards.
2. Information you provide
We may collect account information such as email address, password hash, verification status, name, workspace details, billing details, support messages, and communication preferences.
We may collect content and workflow data you upload or enter, including images, videos, CSV or Excel import data, Pin titles, descriptions, destination URLs, UTM parameters, board names, section names, scheduling settings, draft status, approval status, and publishing history.
3. Pinterest API data and OAuth tokens
If you connect Pinterest, Keenhit may process the Pinterest information needed for the features you authorize, such as Pinterest account identifiers, business account identifiers, boards, board sections, Pins, Pin media metadata, destination URLs, publishing status, and permitted organic or account analytics.
Pinterest access tokens and refresh tokens are treated as confidential credentials. We use them only to make authorized Pinterest API requests on your behalf, such as creating boards, creating Pins, retrieving boards, reading publishing history, or fetching analytics where Pinterest permits access.
Keenhit does not ask for or store Pinterest passwords, Pinterest session cookies, or credentials outside the official OAuth authorization process.
4. Information from integrations
If you connect Pinterest or other third-party services, we may process information needed to provide the integration, such as account identifiers, board data, Pin metadata, access tokens, refresh tokens, analytics metrics, and API responses.
Depending on enabled features, this may include impressions, saves, Pin clicks, outbound clicks, CTR, top Pins, top boards, trend data, audience insights, and related performance data.
5. Technical and usage information
We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referrer, approximate location derived from IP address, log data, security events, error reports, cookie consent choices, and application usage events.
This information helps us secure the service, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, understand product usage, and prevent abuse.
6. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, operate workspaces, process imports, schedule Pins, manage boards, show analytics, generate recommendations, provide support, send operational emails, process payments, and improve the product.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve AI recommendations, plan features, and produce non-identifying benchmarks.
7. AI processing
Keenhit may use AI providers to help generate or analyze titles, descriptions, topic ideas, trends, recommendations, summaries, and content intelligence. We aim to send only the information needed for the requested feature.
You should review AI-assisted output before publication. Do not submit sensitive personal information to AI features unless the feature explicitly requires it and you are authorized to do so.
8. Service providers
We may rely on service providers for hosting, databases, email delivery, security checks, CAPTCHA or bot protection, analytics, storage, payment processing, AI processing, logs, and customer communications.
Examples may include infrastructure providers, Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe, OpenAI or other AI providers, storage providers, and analytics tools. These providers process information according to their own contracts and policies.
9. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, connected integrations you authorize, workspace members you invite, payment processors, legal or regulatory authorities when required, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or financing event.
If you manage client accounts, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permission to upload, analyze, schedule, or publish their content through Keenhit.
10. Data retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and improve security.
You may request deletion of certain account, workspace, imported, scheduled, or Pinterest integration data, subject to operational, security, legal, backup, and compliance requirements. If you disconnect Pinterest, we will stop using that connection for future API requests and remove or invalidate stored Pinterest tokens where operationally feasible.
11. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards such as password hashing, email verification, secure cookies, access controls, encryption in transit, provider security features, and operational monitoring.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should use a strong password, protect your email account, and limit workspace access to trusted people.
12. International users and your rights
Keenhit is intended for users in multiple markets. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.
Requests can be submitted through the product or support channel. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
13. Children's privacy
Keenhit is not intended for children. Users should not create an account or submit personal information if they are below the age required to use online business services in their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Keenhit evolves. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
